Services

Advisory and Implementation Across the Information Lifecycle.

Eight service areas spanning data and governance, analytics, AI, enterprise systems, game simulation research, and game design and development. Each can be engaged on its own, and each is designed to connect with the others.

What we offer

01

Data Strategy, Architecture & Governance

Information exists, but it cannot be relied on.

Assess, structure and govern the information your organization already holds, so it can be trusted, shared and used for analysis.

How engagements work

Scoped to the problem, not to a product.

  1. 01

    Assessment-led

A focused review of data, processes or systems that defines the problem, the options and a practical roadmap.

  2. 02

    Design and delivery

Hands-on work to build the structures, models, software or systems that the roadmap calls for.

  3. 03

    Continuous improvement

Ongoing refinement of tools and processes as they are used and as requirements develop.

Common questions

Clarity on scope.

Do we need to engage every service area?

No. Many engagements begin with a single, clearly defined need, such as organizing management reporting or assessing AI options. The connections between service areas matter when one problem depends on another, and we will say so when that is the case.

Do you sell or resell software?

No. We recommend, design and build solutions based on the client's requirements. Where commercial platforms are involved, such as an ERP system, we work on the business and implementation side rather than as a vendor.

Can AI be used without sending our data to external services?

In many cases, yes. Language models can be hosted on infrastructure the organization controls and connected to approved internal information. Whether this is the right approach depends on the use case, the sensitivity of the information and the available infrastructure, which we assess with you.

Do you provide ISO certification?

No. We help organizations design, document and improve management systems aligned with frameworks such as ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001. Certification is granted by accredited certification bodies through their own audits.

Is your financial analysis investment advice?

No. Our financial, economic and competitive intelligence work provides analytical frameworks and decision support. It does not constitute investment advice and cannot guarantee investment outcomes.
